Common questions
The report is supporting evidence: photos, server-stamped "documented since" dates, values and item condition — exactly what an adjuster asks for when you need to prove what you had. The values AI suggests are a starting point you edit; the payout is set by your policy and the adjuster, but early, orderly documentation is the difference between an argument and a payment.
Everything is backed up to the cloud. Sign in on a new device — and your inventory, vault and reports come back. That's exactly the scenario documentation exists for: the evidence survives even when the property doesn't.
