Da StoxV außerhalb der EU ansässig ist, wird ein EU-Vertreter im Sinne von Art. 27 DSGVO bestellt. Der Name und die Kontaktdaten werden hier veröffentlicht, sobald die Beauftragung abgeschlossen ist. Bis dahin können sich Betroffene in der EU mit Datenschutzanfragen direkt an privacy@stoxv.com wenden.
Online-Streitbeilegung (OS)
Die frühere EU-Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS-Plattform) wurde von der Europäischen Kommission zum 20. Juli 2025 eingestellt. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen. Verbraucher können sich mit Anliegen jederzeit direkt an support@stoxv.com wenden.
Haftung für Inhalte
Als Diensteanbieter sind wir gemäß § 7 Abs. 1 TMG für eigene Inhalte auf diesen Seiten nach den allgemeinen Gesetzen verantwortlich. Nach §§ 8 bis 10 TMG sind wir als Diensteanbieter jedoch nicht verpflichtet, übermittelte oder gespeicherte fremde Informationen zu überwachen.

EU Representative (GDPR Art. 27)
As StoxV is established outside the EU, an EU representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR is being appointed. The representative's name and contact details will be published here once the appointment is finalized. In the meantime, EU data subjects may direct privacy requests to privacy@stoxv.com.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued by the European Commission on July 20, 2025. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers may contact us directly at support@stoxv.com.
Content Liability
As a service provider, StoxV is responsible for its own content on these pages under § 7 (1) TMG and general laws. Under §§ 8–10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.
Link Liability
Our pages may contain links to external websites. We have no influence over their content; the respective operator is solely responsible for the linked content.

Règlement en ligne des litiges
L'ancienne plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges (RLL) a été fermée par la Commission européenne le 20 juillet 2025. Nous ne sommes ni tenus ni disposés à participer à une procédure de règlement des litiges devant un organisme d'arbitrage des consommateurs.
